The marketing of a property depends on several marketplace factors.  Key among these are current trends in the economy.  How are interest rates?  How is consumer confidence? Are we in a "Buyer's Market?"  Are we in a "Seller's Market?"  As your real estate professional, I will give you an assessment of the market with concrete facts.

Below is an outline of what I do to market a clients home:

  • ADVERTISING:  San Diego Union Tribune-  Display and/or classified advertisement, and Open House listing.  Coldwell Banker has the most innovative Web presence. Realtor.com., University Heights Times,  GLT- Uptown Publications weekly local periodical; display ads.
     
  • BROKER’S & AGENT'S TOUR:  Area real estate agents OPEN HOUSE on Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday, 10 am – 1 pm.
     
  • OPEN HOUSE:  With seller’s permission.  Weekdays and/or weekends, from 1 pm – 4 pm. 
     
  • REALTOR.COM:  Enhanced listings with each listing on one of the nation’s largest real estate websites.  All office listings are searchable.
     
  •  WEBSITE DISPLAY:  www.metrosandiego.com, www.MetroHomeSanDiego.com, updated and daily postings on http://sandiego.craigslist.org.
     
  • DIRECT MAIL:  Includes Just Listed Cards, Just Sold Cards to business owners and clients and Local Homeowners
     
  • SEQUENTIAL PROMOTIONAL MAILERS:  Done throughout listing period
     
  • CORPORATE RELOCATION:  Information sent to companies HR Departments and to companies relocating to San Diego.
     
  • YARD SIGNS:  A highly visible and attractive sign is displayed during the listing period offering potential drive-by clients an opportunity to call for information on the property.
     
  • STOREFRONT EXPOSURE:  Coldwell Bankers Mission Hills Office is in the heart of the Mission Hills village. Listings are prominently displayed in the storefront windows.  We are exposed to a high level of foot traffic.  Our office is open seven days a week and is viewed as the source for area information.
